My Journey
With over two decades of hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise communication and contact center systems, I've evolved my expertise into a new focus: building AI systems that make communication smarter, faster, and more human.
That path runs through Iron Bow Technologies, NICE inContact, LogMeIn, XANT.ai (InsideSales.com), CSS Corp, and Seekwell — from senior network technician to NOC engineer to NOC manager to senior telecom engineer. Along the way I shipped automation, integrations, and AI tooling alongside the voice and contact center infrastructure I was already responsible for.
I bridge deep technical knowledge with practical business outcomes. Whether deploying a conversational AI agent, integrating an LLM into an enterprise workflow, or wiring AI into a contact center stack, I design systems that work in production — scalable, measurable, and aligned with what the business actually needs.

My Philosophy
I don't just build automation — I build systems that hold up in production. Every project starts from the same question: what is the business outcome this is supposed to deliver, and what is the simplest stack that can deliver it reliably? The next wave of value will come from human-AI collaboration deployed inside the operational realities of real companies — phones that have to ring, agents that have to escalate, data that has to stay clean — and that's the work I want to do.
